Femke Kleisen Designs (Pty) Ltd
All product goods remain the property of Femke Kleisen Designs until payment has been made in full.
The prices displayed on the Femke Kleisen Designs’ website are quoted in ZAR (South African Rand). These prices are valid in South Africa only. All prices as on the website, online store are subject to change due to the current exchange rate of minerals; correct prices will be indicated on the invoice.
All items are subject to availability. Every effort has been made to keep the online store as up to date as possible but mistakes may occur. If you would like to order a product that is not available, we will follow up on your request immediately.
We reserve the right to withdraw an item from sale at any time. Items shown are subject to availability.
The private information required for executing the orders placed through our website, namely our customer’s personal information, delivery address and telephone number, will be kept in the strictest confidence by us and will not be sold or made known to third parties. Only the necessary information, that is the delivery address and contact phone number, will be made known to third parties delivering the product.
Purchases made via the online store must be paid with an EFT. The process is as follows after you plced an order:
Payment will be deemed as made once the full outstanding amount has reflected in Femke Kleisen Designs’ bank account. The latter could take up to three business days. Please take this into account when making your payments.
Courier fees are free of charge! During busy times your order may take longer to process and we thank you for your patience.
All orders will be delivered within South Africa, door to door, using our preferred courier service. Delivery to a physical address will take place only on weekdays and during business hours. No deliveries to a PO Box will be made. Orders will take approximately 2 to 7 working days from date of dispatch.
We endeavour to have all displayed items in stock at all times, however due to circumstances beyond our control, there may be an inventory constraint. Should an item you have ordered not be in stock, you will be contacted by our team.
Please ensure that the delivery address is correct and make sure that someone will be available to receive the order at all times (work address). If the courier is unsuccessful in his attempt to deliver the ordered goods and the order is returned to Femke Kleisen Designs, you will be charged an additional handling fee.
Femke Kleisen Designs does not take responsibility for stolen items, late deliveries or damage caused during the courier of the items. We will ensure that the order is packaged and wrapped as best as possible.
Should you wish to use your own courier services to collect your order from Femke Kleisen Designs, we will gladly assist. We however do not take responsibility what so ever for the order once the courier service has collected the items.
Costs incurred by the client for courier by their own service providers are for their own account. Femke Kleisen Designs will not reimburse the client what so ever.

If you are not satisfied with any of the products you have bought from us, please notify us at email@example.com within 5 working days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note: earrings are exempt from being returned.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery will not be accepted.
We will arrange to have the product returned to us via our preferred courier within 2 weeks from date of the notification email. Returned products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
Once we have received the returned product, we will either replace the product within 30 days or refund you in full for the item within 14 days but courier fees will not be refunded. Returned items must be accompanied with the original invoice. All refunds or exchanges will be granted at Femke Kleisen Designs discretion.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Due to the natural handmade nature of products – products may differ slightly from the images as on the online store. Every effort has been made to accurately show the size and colour of the products but colours may vary from the pictures. Femke Kleisen Designs may not be held liable for product variations.
